Reverence

He entered the garden and headed to a flower-bed
Beautifully and skillfully arranged
Artistically and Aesthetically arranged

The Gardener only knew the art and science of it
Its colours, its shape, its shade and beauty
Eternally it was to be His duty

Its distinct aroma and fragrance was like no other
Pleasing and enchanting to the senses
Surrounded by vivid and surreal fences

He stood there smiling with wonder
Awestruck was he as the public walked by
Ignoring the beauty that laid by

Man is in a hurry chasing worldly pleasures
Surely it is destined for a short time
Pondering and plundering - no more a crime

He picked up a few flowers
And created a mixed bouquet
As a homage to both the Gardener and His garden
